Capcom has announced that there will be a Monster Hunter Festa this year. The Monster Hunter Festa is a tournament and fan event that Capcom hosts to promote its Monster Hunter series. The last Monster Hunter Festa took place toward the beginning of 2011, though a large portion of the event was canceled due to the earthquake and tsunami that hit Japan on March 11th, 2011. The sole purpose of this year’s Monster Hunter Festa is to increase awareness of Monster Hunter 4, which launches for the Nintendo 3DS in Japan on September 14th.

a game that rewards, knowledge, dedication and patience, and there aren’t too much of those nowadays, MH3U it’s my first one, and i love it, the only thing i would add to it is a more elaborated “Story”
MH4 will have more focus on Story of the game, although i think that story was never the most important part of the game, and also it’s good that you started with the MH3U, its a version that is kind of easy and a little more Introductive to the new players, but still have a lot of challenges later on

It is multi-wonderful. You get rewards and benefits galore :). This game is all in all how games use to be hard and fun. Imagine how imagination and gaming used to intertwine, that is monster hunter :).
Yeah, I ain’t a massive fan either. I liked the new ones for 5 or so hours, then got bored of them quickly.

Nope, 5 hours in and I finished playing one of the worst MH games I’ve ever played. Crapcom did it again! Going to think twice now before playing another Monster Hunter.

I’m not mad. I quite enjoyed the Wii version (Probably my favorite MH game). Just this version didn’t cut it for me.

Monster Hunter is loved for the Diferent kinds of Weapons which at least one fits the players style, and also its a challenging game, in which if you try to simply hack and slash withou worrying about the enemies attacks you ar going to have a bad time, You must pay attention at every moment of the game, when to dodge, when to attack and when to simply run away can change completely the time you take to complete a quest

I know this doesn’t have to do with the post, but does anyone with a 3DS can tell me if the 3DS is able to read ebooks? A friend of mine is being offered a 3DS XL in exchange for a tablet of his, and he only uses it to read books, so he is unsure to accept or not because he does want a 3DS.

If you have a web-based eBook reader, such as Amazon/Kindle cloud reader, then you probably can read it through the Web Browser. Japan has a manga/eBook app, I think, and there were some eBook compilations on the normal DS, so the 3DS might get a eBook reader worldwide eventually.

I am a fan of the azure set I love the skills on it!
On Rank G I saw many people saying that there were better sets than the azure rathalos, like the ceadeus Z, but still, I really like this one better, i Am using the Whole Great Sword Set from the Demo Version, Pale Kaiser and Azure armor Z, giving me a 45% crit on the plae kaiser with the Criticical eye +3, HG Earplugs, Mind’s Eye and Focus, so for GS i think my set is Actually pretty good although not the best ‘-‘

If a third party is promoting their games this aggressively, how will the Vita is compete with the 3DS, that has animal crossing, sonic, Pokemon X and Y, smash brothers and monster hunter 4?
