Platinum Games designer Hideki Kamiya has explained that the Bayonetta franchise was on the brink of disappearing for good had it not been for Nintendo stepping in. Kamiya said that when Nintendo offered to help support the sequel he was extremely happy as he was finally able to create a new Bayonetta title for gamers that had enjoyed the acclaimed first game. Kamiya concluded by saying that he was very surprised at the response from users when they found out it was exclusive to Nintendo’s latest home console, Wii U.
“Obviously with the Nintendo partnership Bayonetta 2 was always going to become a Wii U exclusive title. From a personal standpoint I want to make a game that’s going to be enjoyed by the audience, so when Nintendo offered to support us and the Bayonetta franchise – which was on the brink of disappearing – I was extremely happy for it survival as we were able to release a second one for the people who enjoyed the first. In that sense, I was very surprised at the user response when they found out it was Wii U only.”

If it weren’t for the Big N, there wouldn’t be a sequel to SEGA’s trademarked character. I’m glad that Nintendo fully funded PlatinumGames in making Bayonetta 2 a reality and as a Wii U exclusive.
Don’t you love it when our Empire makes games exclusively for us which were on non Nintendo consoles to begin with, when these haters becomes outraged that they are forced to buy a Wii U to play it?…

In other news, battlefield 4 will be running at 60fps and 720 P resolution upscaled to 1080P. The WiiU can run that using the CryEngine 3, not the new one that the WiiU got from Crytek but the other great one. In Wii mode, let alone with only one core LOL.

I was on neogaf, people their are bitter at these specs of the visual dispensation, I had to share with you guys promptly Nintendo commander. Now they know that the WiiU is probably even going to win generation 8. Developing a game at 1080P and 60fps requires resources and large labour workforces. Third parties smh lol.

The sad part is those Xbots got the exclusive from respawn entertainment “Titanfall“ if you seen the gameplay you would know why I brought it up at all.

That makes them responsible adults that purchase products with history and a moral intrinsic purpose. Katamari forgot less than 24hours. Ignoring that Wii U is taking Cry engine yet you say its underpowered. Ignoring Wii U can handle 1080p 60fps yet you say it’s underpowered. What exactly is underpowered? I want to know. If you ask me, Wii U is overpowered. PS4 needs 8cores and 4.5 gigs to do 1080p 60 fps and to take on games and the latestest Cry engine. Wii U only needs 1.5 of its 3 cores to do the same fucking thing! So what exactly can’t the Wii U NOT DO that PS4 can? I want a Nintendo hater to list me what the Wii U can’t handle that PS4 can. They’ll say it’s under powered but fail to tell us what Wii U is too weak to handle. Wii U needs 1gb for the OS PS4 needs 5 Gigs for its OS. So 3 gigs can’t run the PS4’s OS. One gig can’t play a PS4 game with 1080p 60fps. But the Wii U is “underpowered.” If the Wii U had 8 cores and 8 gigs of ram and one gig for the OS and 7 for games, it would be more powerful than PS4. That’s why when Wii U is announced a new engine the PS4 is getting is more impressive Wii U can get it with 1gb than PS4.
So Bayonetta is a Nintendo game now while Banjo belongs to rare. Yet Nintendo knows how to make a once PS3/360 game into a winner and Xbox can’t even make people buy a Xbone because Rare announced they have plans for the bear and bird.
So if Wii U had 8 cores and 8 gigs, it would last Nintendo 12 years before needing another console. P$4 would need a PS5 by then.
