I know, its running on an x86, a dinosaur power hog, while Wii U is running on the more efficient PowerPC. Also, devs are already hitting the walls with the Xbone and Ps4 dev kits. Killzone is using 80% of the allotted RAM and Reshogun is using already 50% of the cpu, that is already very bad. When we look at the Wii U, like Shin’en Nano assault Neo, it manages to look just as good or even better, and its only using one core on the Wii U, less than 50% of what the system is capable of overall. If anyone thinks that will last for 10 years, they’re stupid, at best it could last a year or two. More if its lucky.

It’s good that the Ps4 succeed since Sony really needs it. They are on the way to bankruptcy and fired/will fire so many employers as the size of Nintendo, and also plans to sell their old Tokyo Headquarter.

Nintendo fans, learn how to fucking accept that people like different consoles for different reasons, and that Nintendo’s Wii U isn’t doing so hot. It’s the least you can do if you love Nintendo like you say you do (I don’t think you actually do, so I guess you won’t.)
Sony/Microsoft fans, realize that Nintendo fans DO love these games that Nintendo pumps out, and recognize that there’s nothing fucking wrong with liking Marios and Zeldas, even if those games don’t do it for you anymore. It’s the least you can do if you really care about your fucking games (but you probably don’t, so you’ll try and shout me down)
There is no console war, there is only business. How can you people not know that after all these years?
I would gladly accept any brand as long they offer something good to me and not cheat my money over some hype and give me nothing.
Everyone here is pathetically whining about how good PS4 specs are which is the only reason why its selling with hardly any good games and why Wii U/Nintendo is doomed (same old shit I hear every year) because of what they are without even bothering to experience/test it first hand.
You know what I think? All of this new console wars is being hypes over the wrong reasons because all I see here is these excuses for gamers are only concerned anout hardware power that’s still no better than PC than the software it brings.
The main reason for console gaming is gaming itswlf not bells, whistles and shit. These drones have long forgotten what gaming really is and this is why I feel the gaming industry is dying and should deserve to die again and hopefully someone like Nintendo step up and remind everyone how gaming is done properly to keep the market alive longer.
The American gaming industry died last time because no one was buying anything, I’m not sure if it’s ready to die again quite yet. That would require a lot of large gaming companies to crash at once, and for everyone to stop buying.
People are definitely still buying, the problem is that making games is getting more expensive, with the payback for all that time and money getting worse and worse.
Now i have a PS4 my WiiU will be gathering even more dust.
Give it to me. I want a Wii U, but I have no money. Help a brother out. :(

It’s hilarious that everyone thinks Sony is gonna go under when they’re clearly doing fine. Yeah, a small number of systems had some issues, and yes it was a small percentage, not a huge amount, but that’s every system. Wii U was crap when it came out, freezing all the time and being really unstable. Honestly, if you haven’t played a PS4 and still think Wii U is better you’re idiotic. I have both and the PS4 is definitely a far more superior system in every aspect, not just graphics. It’s faster, operates more smoothly, everything is set up clearly, the internet functions are great, and the system itself is just overall well built. It has one similar problem, lack of games. However, I still feel like it has a bigger line-up than Wii U, not to mention it’s definitely being supported unlike Wii U. PS4 outsold the Wii U’s lifetime sales, just get the hell over it. Nintendo dominated with the Wii, they can’t with Wii U because they marketed it all wrong, named it with the Wii title, and just can’t seem to understand how to push the thing. I really don’t foresee this system lasting a long time.
this was inevitable. this generation is a dud for nintendo. they better start thinking about the next gen and hopefully have gamers in mind when they make their next console.
Ps4 outsold Wii U. Meanwhile I’m having a shit ton of fun playing Donkey Kong Country Tropical freeze and anxiously waiting for Mario Kart 8 and Child of Light to give a shit about PS4.
Don’t be fanboy. If you have money (and all three consoles in this gen pretty cheap 300+400+500 just 1200 for all current gen game consoles) it’s best to have all of them. They all have or will have great exclusive games.
Sony kept it simple. A game machine. Plays the latest games.

I agree that the Wii U definitely needs to change something in order to pull through. However, I was one of the people that claimed the 3DS was dead a year after it was released and was flopping about like a dead fish. Then, like a necromancer hungry for live cod, the 3DS came back to life and is “printing money”, so I won’t proclaim anything dead this time. If anyone could do a turn around, it would be Nintendo. I want all the systems to do well.
Guys just admit that the Wii U is not doing well….
Let them continue what they’re doing hopefully Nintendo can look closer into their flaws in the system and their marketing strategies, and I can promise you they’ll will succeed, just like the 3DS.

And to be honest, I have Nintendo for gaming, Sony for my mobile and Microsoft for my software for my PC. :D

becuz sony and microsux fanboys are the actual babies. look at when bayonetta 2 became a wii u exclusive they started sending death threats to platinum games saying it should only be on the other 2 crap boxes even though Nintendo foot the bill microsux didn’t want to and sony didn’t have enough funds to. they just hate that Nintendo is getting a AAA title that does have a fanbase. well if they want to play it buy a wii u and enjoy it like real fans do. not these wannabes that call themselves fans.
SEGA fan here. I play whatever systems and games I want, that’s the only way to truly get any enjoyment out of gaming.
