One of the main questions on Nintendo fans lips at this years E3 was; Where is the new Super Smash Brothers game?
Well the truth is… The game is actually at the show, its just been hidden away behind closed doors for only a select few to play.
Thankfully a trailer has been released of the game which shows off some gameplay footage, along with the huge array of characters the series is famous for.
The trailer for the game features the Nintendo allstar bunch, but also reveals a few new characters to the mix including:
- Samus
- Solid Snake
- Kirby
- Wario
- Kid Icarus
- Nintendog?!
The question you all want to know is how does the actual game look?, well right here is a trailer for the game.

it looks awesome! i used to play the old super smash bros. for nintendo 64 when i was a kid. the old one was great, this one looks even better. i wonder how the wii controller will be utilized…
I sadly never got round to playing Super Smash Brothers on the nintendo 64, however I do own Smash Brothers on the Gamecube. If this new version shapes up to be anything like it then we are certainly in for a treat :D
I, for one, have never heard of “super smash brothers”… guess I’ll have to look it up. Obviously people are excited about it and the “new characters”…

Re: Nintendogs, I believe that is supposed to be an item pickup, not a character. From what I can tell, all the dog is doing is blocking your view. A similar effect is in SSBM, where one of the Pokemon makes the whole screen fade to black for a short period of time.
This game is gonna be insane – I cannot wait for it!
super smash bros melee on gamecube i think was the best game it was so fun with all ur friends , i hope the new super smash bros brawl will have the same characters as the last ssbm :S and also i think they should have sonic in the game and knuckles ,i so hope that young link is in it because he was my favourite and best character to be for me , btw i rate the game 10/10

hey,hey,hey. if they mack thish game for only the wii me and my frend will be looking forever. why? becuse we dont have a wii and we are saveing up as it is all iv got is a gamecube, nintendo 64,and a realy old seaga genus, all my frend has is: a gamecube, a nintendo 64, and a dreamcast!
what are we saposto do when evryone is playing super smash bros brawl on the wii wait for it and go liveing with the stres i dont thingk so. we need to get some sleep we have staed awke fore 3 weeks now and we love dragons oh yea and the maker put spyor the dragon in it we are diying for it litorly. sory for a larg comet but i have talked longer.
this game better be good cuz i dont want to waste 50 bucks on a game that sucks. I’ve been looking at the main ssbb website and some things look kinda strange. i hope they dont try so hard cuz when they do that, games get screwed up. Just like for halo3 on xbox360;they tried to hard to make the game good that they mucked it up.Thats just in my opinion…But anyways, this game looks good but lets just hope its not ….gay?
