AeternoBlade Releasing On 3DS January 14, Demo Available For Europe Only

AeternoBlade will be launching for Western users next month on the Nintendo 3DS. Developed by Corecell Technology – who also brought Wicked Monsters Blast! to the Wii –  AeternoBlade was announced back in 2011, though you may remember it under the name ChronoBlade. The Japanese version, however, will be published with the title Time Avenger at some point in the near future.

Due to a successful crowdfunding campaign on Indiegogo,  the demon-slaying game will be fighting its way over to the 3DS on January 14 for both North America and Europe. However, European 3DS owners will get an extra special treat as a demo will be available on December 12. Make sure you check out the trailer above to see the characters battle with ferocious monsters.

  1. Reminds me of Castlevania…but it looks like shit, i wish people would stop making really bad looking 3DS games using 3D models, it’s gross.
Use sprites for christ sake, look at games like Mighty Switch Force or Project X Zone (which is a bad game), they look great.

  2. Why have I never heard of Corecell Technology? Every time I hear of a new company name developing games for us, I tend to have my expectations very low. This Thailand based company however, looks promising.

  3. this looks like a castlevania game we deserve, not that crappy castlevania game that came out earlier this year. it looks like it plays like the one on the gba. why dont we get a demo of this?
