Wii Party U is being sold for $39.99 at Amazon. Originally priced at $49.99, the party game comes with a stand for the Wii U GamePad and a Wii Remote Plus, which itself costs $39.99 as a standalone product. Nintendo previously confirmed that the Wii U title will not be sold digitally via the Nintendo eShop. Wii Party U was released on October 25th, 2013.

The best part of Wii Party U is the two- player ‘tabletop’ games. I hope they put some more of those out as DLC!
Haven’t tried those yet, but going to try it as soon as possible!

This game might be worth it someday if it is ever $5 ONLY because I would not mind getting that table top Wii U gamepad stand…

This game was a lot more fun than I expected! The board games are okay, and I haven’t tried the 2-player gamepad games yet. But the house party were really fun to play, with the button pressing, water thing, drawing contest… Loved it, too bad I don’t have visitors more often!
