Wii U Game Getting Cross-platform Multiplayer

Lucadian Chronicles, which was released on Wii U in December, will be getting cross-platform multiplayer with the soon to be released PC version. Yes, that’s right. You’ll be able to team up with your friends on the PC for multiplayer matchmaking on Wii U. This should mean that you are never short of opponents to play against in leagues and drafts.

Thanks, lightdasher

  1. The Wii U can’t handle it, it’ll make online play laggy! I don’t want my favorite game to be ruined! Buy a PC or suck dick you Nintenfags!

    1. at least our games are finished, have little to no microtransatctions, are not just generic FPS games, and are not bugged as all hell.

      1. Smash Bros 4 wasn’t finished you fool. The final game was supposed to have 7 other playable characters. MK8 originally had 74 tracks. Wind Waker was going to have a bonus master quest. You heard it here first, bitch. Now go play some PC before Jesus wipes your ass.

        1. Nintendo’s online play experience IMO isnt great compared to pc and ps4 but nintendo has great addicting games

            1. “Online play experience”. He’s right. There’s DLC missing from the Wii U versions and you can barely even find other players in some games.

        2. Smash was finished, MK8 did not have that many tracks intended for the final build, and Wind Waker got an extra mode afterwards where you never change your tunic and certain trophies, through pictographs you couldn’t get on playthrough 1, become available.

You need to get back under your bridge.

          1. Dude, his name is “The PC Lord”. Don’t tell me that you seriously just fell for that bait. XD

  2. don’t even bother. this game is reaaaaaaaaaaaaaaally lame. it is something that you would find on app store on google play.

  3. I wish more companies could do this! Imagine PC gamers, Xbox gamers, Sony gamers, and Nintendo gamers all playing together in a cross-platform multiplayer game. It would be glorious! Imagine games having a “Console Wars” mode where there would be leaderboards showing which consoles had the leading players. Or matches called Xbox vs Nintendo, PC vs Sony, etc. I think this would be a truly fun experience and could really bring all of the communities together!

        1. That is not a good reason to not want FPS games available for the platform. They still play great on console if that is what you are used to, and long as you don’t play against PC gamers it is a level playing field and very competitive.

      1. Wiimotes are a surprisingly good replication of the functionality of mouse aiming, so they might not be at as much of an advantage as they assume.
        Same for the Move controller.

          1. As an owner of both, I disagree.
If anything, the use of a pointing controller combined with a nunchaku-ish accessory for access to a control stick is a hybrid that surpasses both traditional controllers and mouse controls, when its done right.

      2. And we’re still waiting for there so called “skills” to be proven. In fact, any among of those platforms can be better than the other despite choice of controllers.

    1. Yeah! That’s a great idea, It would be awesome!. Also, I hate it when I play a multi platform game on the Wii U and there’s no one online, if they actually do this then I won’t have any problems anymore.

  4. wiiu isthe ony next gen system with cross platform online multi player sony and ms do not allow it

ANOTHER REASON ONLY WIIU IS NEXT GEN AND WHOS THE CUNT MOUTH THAT SAID WIIU WOULD LAG AND PC WOULDNT THAT DOESNT EVEN MAKE SENSE
