We kinda already know quite a bit about the next Assassin’s Creed game as Kotaku leaked a fair bit of information about the title. The next game is presumably going to be called Assassin’s Creed: Victory and will take place in Victorian London. Ubisoft has announced today that it plans to reveal the next Assassin’s Creed game at 5pm UK time on May 12th. The website mentions a variety of platforms including the Wii U. Guess we will have to wait and see.

We already know what it is from the leaks last year… It’s a Victorian Era set AC game with slightly better graphics from Unity.
I’ll be the super surprised if Ubisoft said “This new AC game is also coming for Wii U. And what better way to do this than to NOT release a half baked port and to NOT delay it to eternity so Wii U owners don’t feel like they’re getting the leftovers”.
But let’s be realistic shall we. Honestly though I would definitely look forward to an AC on the Wii U.

5 more days! I hope this one stays a single player game though. Multiplayer was what caused most of the bugs in Unity.

The Assassin’s Creed franchise has already become stagnant and kinda stale if you ask me. If it does come to the Wii U I probably still wouldn’t show any interest in it but it’ll be great news for the Nintendo fans who love that franchise

Oh by the way, the Wii U logo is on there because of Black Flag, and the PS3 and xbox 360 is on there too telling me that it’s the same case as Wii U. They put all of those logos there to display which platforms had the Assassin’s Creed series on.
This one will most likely go for XBOX One, PS4, and PC, but there is a possible chance of Wii U…..but the
assassin’s creed series is usually an M rated series (usually as in there was a few T rated ones)
Supporting that fact is Ubisoft saying that “Watch Dogs” was the final M rated game to be put on the wii u.
If this does come to wii u with a “mindchange” (doubt it) I will be happy to try it out!

Still waiting in vain for a new Prince of Persia.
I played AC II & disliked its lack of focus & its overemphasis on cutscenes. I prefer a platformer (3D or 2D) that focuses on gameplay, where the acrobatic skills are necessary to traverse the environment, fight, & solve puzzles, & where the cutscenes are few & far between as a framing device rather than the main bulk of the “game” like Prince of Persia offered.
Can we get a story on the new Goat Simulator game? I heard its coming to Wii U’s every where, all day every day. 24/ 7 b@by.

I thought the game was already revealed to be a game that takes place in ancient China, and you play as a woman? Unless that was DLC for Unity?
Nonetheless, I’m not excited about this news. I love the Assassin’s Creed series, but I don’t own a PS4 or Xbox One. And I can’t get a PS4 until the price drops DRAMATICALLY (and there’s a lot of games to choose from). Most likely, the end of the PS4 life cycle.
Does anybody else hate those missions in Assassin’s Creed Revelations where you have to defend the dens (or whatever you call it)? I absolutely DESPISE those parts! In fact, I’m considering moving on from this game (and playing Liberation or Rogue) because I lose every time the enemies roll out that stupid thing on wheels. HOW DO I DEFEAT THAT?
