Japan: Nintendo 3DS Sells 42K And Wii U Sells 16K

The Japanese video game software and hardware charts are now in from Japan courtesy of Media Create. As expected Animal Crossing: Happy Home Designer for the Nintendo 3DS continues to rule the roost in the software charts. Splatoon isn’t doing too badly either as the Wii U exclusive shooter is sitting comfortably at number three. Interestingly, both the Nintendo 3DS and Wii U received hardware bumps this week. Here’s the best-selling hardware and software in Japan.

      1. Microsoft are dedicated at all. They don’t do shit and they don’t care about the Asian market because they are bunch of patriotic westaboos.

    1. Yes indeed. Oh! my Nintendo News, where Sony and Xbots are more at home than their own sites lol. We are gamers, they our neighbors t copy everything.

      F=ma.

  1. Is it possible to pirate PS4 games? Because I really don’t understand how the PS4 can move that many units and not a single game sell 3500 units… There has to be more to it, like receiving download codes with the console purchase or something.
    It’s really weird

    1. Media Create does not include digital downloads of games, which is becoming increasingly more common – especially for a society like Japan that is so steeped in tech.
