  1. I mean, there’s already a fan remix album of Splatoon called Splatunes (definitely recommended by the way, check it out) but cool! I hope it comes to USA

      1. Yeppers! Great album! I mean, there’s a couple of em on there that I can’t stand but most of em are really well done! Gotta love them spicy wasabi beats ;)

  2. I’m not entirely complaining, because when Nintendo doesn’t release things in America I have no guilt whatsoever about bootlegging them, but why do they feel like Americans don’t want soundtracks? It used to just be that they were released exclusively in Japan, but now it feels like it’s Japan and Europe.

    1. You do realize CD isn’t region lock, so yi u don’t really have an excuse to bootleg them since you can still buy it

      1. Of course, but they’re not making it available to me. I have no desire to pay Play Asia (who does not give the copyright holder their cut anyway) $50 to import a disc that they got in Japan for the yen equivalent of $12, or free as part of a Club Nintendo offer. Nintendo doesn’t want my money on this one, so why pay a scalper?

  3. That’s cool… Not that I would have bought it anyway. It probably has the squid kid song on it. eehhhhhh *shivers*

  4. oh i hope we dont get it here in na. lame please start marketing something, anthing other tha splatoon we know its your only game this year nintendo. i think enough is enough too. this is just getting sad.

    1. Splatoon has gotten a lot of marketing attention, but I think that’s because it’s a new series and Nintendo is trying to give it a good start. They don’t have to try so hard for games like Star Fox Zero or The Legend of Zelda because those games already have a devoted following and they know people are gonna buy them. Even so, I’d say Super Mario Maker’s getting just about as much marketing as Splatoon.
