Geoff Keighley has confirmed via Twitter that Scottish synth pop band Chvrches will be the act performing live at The Game Awards 2015. The event takes place in LA on Thursday, December 3rd and Nintendo has been nominated for quite a few awards. Hopefully it will shape up to be something special! You can see all the nominees for each category at this year’s Game Awards, right here.
Could be worse, I guess. Could be Imagine Dragons yet again.
>>>If they don’t have a song that’s about Xbot mutilation then I don’t care>>>
Who?
Do you live under a rock or something?
Yes I on’t pay attention to modern music that much
You’d have to be actively avoiding music news to not have heard of them. They’ve been pretty much everywhere, from music awards to advertisements and the like.
Although, they are a young band (their debut came out in 2013), so I guess it’s not THAT strange if you don’t keep up with music at all.
I listen to music from the 80’s, 50’s dragonforce, beatles ect. I tend to listen to video game music too. It took my a few years to learn about 1 direction, and Bebiber
I don’t think you would like Chvrches, then. It’s probably too tame for your taste. Although they ARE very poppy, so who knows?
jpopy, or popy popy
Neither, I guess. More bubblegum pop at times than j-pop.
ah
Who the fuck are they?
Exactly what I told my friend, and apparently he’s a HUGE fan of these…..people.
This is a pretty far stretch as Nintendo News.
They’re pretty good tho.
Well they will be performing at The Game Awards which Nintendo will be at. At this point, people that frequent this site should be used to articles like these from sickr.
Who are they? Never head of them…
heard*
Me too.
Never heard of them. But I’m still really excited I’m going.
Who?
At least the Imagine Dragons guys were famous
Who are they? And what is this “Game Awards” thing people been talking about…
