SEGA has confirmed today that Ivo Gerscovich is now the head of the Sonic brand and its related businesses in North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Australia. Game Informer says that Gerscovich will be both Sonic chief brand officer and senior vice president of Sega of America. Hopefully this should shake the brand up a little.
