Pokémon GO has been a phenomenal success for Niantic, The Pokemon Company and Nintendo. Data firm Sensor Tower is reporting that the smash-hit mobile title managed to hit 50 million downloads in a record breaking time on iOS and Android. Pokémon GO now has more than 75 million downloads and it hasn’t even launched in every country yet.
Pokémon GO Hit 50 Million Downloads In Record Time And Now At More Than 75 Million Downloads Worldwide

I wonder how many downloads there would be if this game costed even just 10 bucks
Even if the price was just $0.01, it would see a lot less sales. And that’s true for all mobile games, it’s easier for users to pay up once they are playing, than for a game you have yet to try. Even more, (most) children don’t have access to a credit card
Ok
