Even if she does by some chance get anything right, she’s still irrelevant since we’ll be hearing a lot of official news now so the time for rumors upon rumors is at an end! It’s a night of new beginnings & the future is much brighter. Or I should say darker!

Some aren’t too happy with the artstyle but they’ll get over it. As for those not happy with it not being a sequel to XCX, too bad! They got their game now it’s time to return to the first game’s charms & awesomeness! They can have their XCX sequel another time!

  1. P1. How the Hell do they keep doing this?! Just when I think I can’t be more excited for this game. They release a trailer that shows just enough to do the trick.

  2. Beautiful trailer, fantastic music. Couldn’t help but think about how great it is to be a Zelda fan, while watching it.
That being said, they better give us Japanese voice-over for the Western versions too. They fucking better.

    1. They damn sure better. I dunno why but japanese voice acting always seems more convincing to me.

      1. I feel like they usually just put so much more emotion into it, it really captivates me and makes me feel with what’s happening. Zelda’s voice acting was just so damn good in this short trailer, for example, and I can’t even wait to see and hear what more there is. So ya, Japanese definitely sounds more convincing to me as well. :p Most things just sound better in their original language, in my personal opinion.

        1. I was thinking the same thing. It seems like Japanese voice actors just pit more emotion into it. Another part of it I think (and this is really only true for those that don’t speak Japanese) is that when you come to an intense or emotional moment your attention is constantly jumping from the image on the screen to the subtitles at the bottom and back again. It makes the moment feel more intense just because you’re trying to watch what’s happening and trying to fully comprehend the moment at the same time.

I get that when watching Naruto in Japanese. So exhilarating! But I’d still like to play the game in English. If we do have multiple audio options, I’ll play the game twice in a row just to play through it with English then Japanese.

  3. }{ Firstly, now can we start ignoring Laura Dale? Please Sickr… Also, Nintendo appears to have gone the way of the pay to use internet… I’m just gonna curl up with my laptop and pass on this toy methinks… }{

      1. At least they didn’t cut scenes from the game due to being scared of feminists… *cough* Final Fantasy XV *cough*

          1. A lot of Luna’s backstory was cut from the game because they were scared of criticism. The first scene from this trailer shows some of it but it never appears in the game or the movie:

The were also supposedly parts where Luna was under duress while she was with the empire and those were cut as well. It’s a real shame because there never is any character development for her outside of Kingsglaive.

  4. My 3 year old son and I have some major crunch time adventures ahead of us with it on Wii U. My other son is born 1 month after, so after waiting 6 years for the Zelda of all Zeldas, my boy and I will be rushing through it hahahaha. I can’t wait to play this one.

    1. Me, there is no way ill be supporting another Nintendo console from the get go again. Plus, thats the reason why I bought my Wii U for, so why wouldnt I? lol

  5. Did anyone else think that when the presentation showed those cowboys, that it was going to reveal Red Dead Redemption 2? I was so disappointed when I realized it was just a demonstration of the JOY Cons.

Other than that, Zelda looked AMAZING once again. It’s the only known launch game that made me want to get a switch at launch. It’s also the only game shown (besides Mario) that I cared anything about.

I just have to say one thing before I comment on another thing of this… To those that utterly hated the idea of voice acting in Legend of Zelda… BITE ME, FUCKERS!

The shittiness of youtube really is 25% killing my fucking hype high right now! KNOCK IT OFF & LOAD FASTER!!! Meh. As long as others can watch the videos, I guess.

Oh & fucking yes! Zelda on Switch on Launch Day! I swore I wasn’t gonna get the console til a few months after release but since it seems it’ll have the things that was keeping me at arm’s length anyway, I’m happy to go back on that swear! Still, it’d be nice to have better colors. No matter. It’s 300 bucks so I’ll just get another one later when they do come in different colors & give the one I got on launch to one of my brothers instead. And if it doesn’t have the same graphical or quality power as PS4, oh well as that’s what I got my PS4 for anyway as I’ll most likely mostly go after 1st party Nintendo games & exclusive 3rd party games on Switch, anyway.

  8. Well I’m very glad to know the two rumours about another delay and the Wii U version being axed were just rumours. That would have been a disaster.
