Launching straight after the recent update, the Gold Goomba event has begun in Super Mario Run. Throughout the event Gold Goombas will appear in the game, each worth 30 coins when stomped on. To give players extra incentive to hunt them down, each will be marked on a special event bingo card. Those dedicated enough to find twenty of the golden enemies will be rewarded with a Goomba Statue for the game’s Kingdom Builder mode. Will you be taking part in the hunt? Tell us below.

I bought this game a few days ago. Looks like I better hurry and hunt down these Goombas to claim the statue before the event expires.
