Deluxe Edition Of One Piece: Unlimited World Red Is Coming To Nintendo Switch

An enhanced version of One Piece: Unlimited World Red has been announced for Nintendo Switch. One Piece: Unlimited World Red Deluxe Edition is scheduled to launch in Japan on August 24, with no word on a Western date just yet. The upcoming release is an updated version of the original game, which debuted back in 2014 on Nintendo 3DS and Wii U. It includes the downloadable content from the original and supports two-player offline cooperative multiplayer.

  1. Have the original on 3ds. It was pretty good for a 3ds game but for a full on console version it doesn’t really have the depth honestly. But well I guess it’s another game to add so can’t complain there.

    1. If priced properly should be a good game for the Nintendo Switch. Everything has to be on the platform. This eventually will be very welcomed when used as an handheld. Or console too… but price is very important.
I don’t know the game by the way.

  2. I have both, the Wii U and 3DS version. I loved the Wii U version, but didn’t complete it yet. The 3DS version was “okayish”, I guess, but I never played it much due to awkward controls. This could be the best from both worlds. Might be worth a pickup if they put reasonable new content into it and/or sell it for a good price.
