Japan: Here’s The Most Wanted Nintendo Games

Japanese gaming publication Famitsu asks its readers which Nintendo games they are looking forward to the most in each edition. The latest edition of Famitsu is available now and the results are in for this week. It remains a battle between Dragon Quest XI for the Nintendo Switch and Persona Q2. Here’s the games Japanese Nintendo fans are looking forward to the most.

  1. Dragon Quest XI: Sugisarishi Toki o Motomete (Switch) – 198
  2. Persona Q2 (3DS) – 190
  3. Shin Megami Tensei V (Switch) – 148
  4. Hoshi no Kirby: Star Allies (Switch) – 145
  5. Project Octopath Traveler (Switch) – 122
  6. Fire Emblem (Switch) – 105
  7. Dragon Quest Builders 2 (Switch) – 102
  8. Zelda Musou Hyrule Allstars DX (Switch) – 94
  9. Bayonetta 3 (Switch) – below 94
  10. Dragon Quest Builders: Alefgard o Fukkatsu Seyo (Switch) – below 94

  1. Right now my most anticipated games would be a tie between Bayonetta 3, Fire Emblem, and Metroid Prime 4.
All of which we know barely anything about lol.
As far as non-exclusive, Mega Man 11.
I’m really excited for Kirby and Project Octopath though. I’ll probably double-dip on Tropical Freeze as well, freaking love that game.

    1. I am thirsty for news about Metroid Prime 4. I am eager to play Octopath Traveler as I haven’t had a turn based JRPG since Bravely Second and the same for Megaman 11 as is one franchise I really like (with X being my favorite series). I hope the time past quickly to see Nintendo E3 for a possible new 2D Zelda and see a Prime 4 trailer.
