There Are No Plans To Bring Pure Farming 2018 To Nintendo Switch

You might not want to hold your breath for a Nintendo Switch version of Pure Farming 2018. In a Reddit AMA session earlier today, developer Techland confirmed that it has no current plans to bring its upcoming farming simulator to Nintendo’s latest console. Instead, the game is heading to PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. Here’s what the studio had to say about this particular topic:

No Switch plans at the moment. We’re 100% focused on delivering a quality game for PC, PS4 and Xbox One.

      1. @PBJ89:
Any game can be boiled down to a bare description like that. In Mario, you just jump. In Zelda, you just ride a horse and swing a sword. In Splatoon, you just shoot ink. We can keep going with this, lol.

These simulators do have a very large audience. They aren’t the most exciting thing ever, but there are fans just like every other genre.

  1. That’s the kind of news unneeded in my opinion. I would like to know what’s being released instead of what’s not. Long ago, twenty years ago, there were no such news, eventually they were considered (rightly so) irrelevant. Otherwise there sould be just one hundred of such posts per week since there are less games released than unreleased.

    1. If you’d like to know what’s being released, then look for the news that has that info. Nobody’s forcing you to read every story that comes out.
