Interestingly VOEZ was recently removed from the North American eShop. The reason for this is that the game has to have an ESRB rating change. Flyhigh Works has said this is just temporary and is being as resolved as quickly as possible. The rhythm title will return to the Nintendo Switch eShop as soon as possible.

Maybe the lyrics to a song flew under the radar? Can’t see it be anything else
Could be one of the new songs upped the rating, it’s been getting drips of content here and there.
