YouTube App Now On Nintendo Switch

Nintendo Europe and Nintendo UK have announced that YouTube is now available to download on the Nintendo Switch system. You can catch up with your favourite YouTube channels and listen to music direct from your Nintendo Switch. The app should be available to download via the Nintendo Switch eShop.

  1. While it’s great that it’s now on switch.. due to the fact that the wifi on my Switch is still horrendous unless i’m in the same room as my router, I can’t really enjoy it as I want to.

    1. Ya might need a new router then, or perhaps your antenna is messed up. Try making a dish shape behind the antenna with foil, just make sure it’s on the side that’s not facing your switch

      1. Nope, it’s the switch. Several people who bought their switch on release have this issue. I have other devices in the same location and they have great connection, yet the Switch does not.

    2. Its usually ur Routers settings tht affects the Switch’s performance. Switch isnt as flexible as other systems (for some odd reason) for internet. Plus it can help if u raise ur MTU value on ur Switchs internet settings up another 100 (reason not higher bc u wont get no difference at all).

  2. In before the “You don’t need YouTube on your Switch! It’s a GAMING machine! It’s called a smartphone, smartv, computer, blah blah blah! I don’t want it on my Switch so you shouldn’t have it, either!”
