Moments ago, we reported on the rumor of Best Buy leaking Persona 5 on the Nintendo Switch. Well, it seems that those weren’t the only games that Best Buy’s employee system has listed. Wario64 has discovered that Metroid Prime Trilogy, as well as The Legend Of Zelda: A Link To The Past, are also in Best Buy’s employee terminal system. As for the latter game, Wario64 notes that “Link’s Awakening is already on Best Buy’s system so it’s not a mistake”. Metroid Prime Trilogy, meanwhile, has been heavily rumored in the past year. We’ll make sure to update on any further developments, but if this information is true, Nintendo fans have quite a bit to look forward to soon.

I WAS going to write, “who cares if A Link To The Past is on their site? It’s probably just a stupid Virtual Console game”. But then I began thinking, if it’s a Virtual Console game, why would Best Buy be listing it? Hmm…..
also, even if it was a Virtual Console game, that would just mean we were FINALLY GETTING VIRTUAL CONSOLE GAMES ON SWITCH!!!

I am wondering if the LttP listing isn’t just referring to maybe a download card they will be selling in store, that maybe it will be similar to the Mario All-Stars re-release on Wii and this is an anniversary re-release on a physical Switch cart as like a special anniversary version or something? Even better if this were to include the Satelaview sequel with it.
