If you regularly browse social media you’ll have seen that The Pokemon Center London pop-up shop has been nothing short of a success with unprecedented demand from customers. They’ve regularly been tweeting to say that they won’t be admitting more people as the store is full and fans have been queuing for a very long time. Now The Pokemon Company has announced that it is reducing opening hours from 10am-10pm to 10am-6pm (Sunday 12pm-6pm), and has also tightened its limits on purchases. Eurogamer reports that daily queue times are currently between four and five hours! The pop-up shop will close on Friday 15th November.

  1. I wonder why it’s closing just like that if it’s been so successful. I didn’t think it was a seasonal thing, not like the ChristkindlMarket which is every Christmastime near me.

Well hopefully everyone that’s been queued up before this announcement will still have their chance to go.
