Samurai Shodown has yet to arrive here in the west on Nintendo Switch but the latest downloadable content characters have already been announced. They are Mina Majikina, Sogetsu Kazama, Iroha, and an unnamed character who will be announced at a later date. You will be able to get your hands on the Nintendo Switch version of Samurai Shodown on 25th February in North America and Europe.
