Japanese Nintendo centric magazine Nintendo Dream is teasing an announcement of a new game for the Nintendo Switch system in the next edition of the magazine. The magazine states that it’s a game “that everyone will enjoy.” It should be noted that it is the Mario series 35th anniversary next month and there have been numerous rumours from publications that Nintendo is planning a compilation to celebrate. It could be this, or alternatively something else. Hopefully the magazine hasn’t over promised, we shall have to wait and see!
It’s going to be F-Zero.
You have no idea how much I want you to be correct, but I don’t think F-Zero is a game *everyone* loves- if it was, it wouldn’t be on a two-decade hiatus.
When it FINALLY does get a new game, I’ll be doing more than my fair share and buy like five copies to help increase its numbers.
Yeah I know. It’s probably the Super Mario 3D Collection that everybody is talking about.
But a man can dream.
Just want to mention that Dream did the same tease last year, we got a direct that reveal snes online, tetris, and super kirby clash, I belive the new switch game last year was just the kirby game, so it’ll probably just be a new free to play game that anybody can pick up.
Flip wars? Advance Wars?
A game “that everyone will enjoy” gives me shivers down my spine. It’s going to be some generic party or puzzle game. Maybe a music game. And it’s NOT going to be a Nintendo developed title but a Japanese 3rd party title.
