It is Sunday, which means that the latest UK video game charts have been released. As usual, there have been some position changes. Nintendo is still hanging on, despite the launch of next generation consoles. In fact, according to GamesIndustry, “Nintendo Switch boxed game sales last week are up 52% week-on-week”.
A total of 4 Nintendo-related games managed to make it on the charts, with Minecraft, Mario Kart 8: Deluxe and Animal Crossing: New Horizons continuing to chart months after releasing. The one to chart the highest, however, is Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity, making its debut at #6. Unfortunately, after making it to #7 last week, Super Mario 3D All-Stars just barely missed out on making it on this week’s charts, dropping 4 spots to #11, You can see the full chart data down below.

Hyrule and Mario are good. I have buyer’s remorse from Pokemon shield due to the fact that Klara is not on my game. I hate Pokemon rival Avery. I brought the game before the dlc was announced so I skipped the dlc. #BurnInHellAvery
He does suck but I wouldn’t worry too much, as those characters aren’t that big a part of the dlc overall. The crown tundra, which is the best part, doesn’t have anything to do with them.
