The illuminerdi website is reporting this morning that Knuckles will be co-starring in the next Sonic movie presumably titled Sonic the Hedgehog Movie 2. The website’s sources say that Knuckles will have a relevant role in the movie scheduled for release on 8th April, 2022. So he won’t just have a simple cameo role as previously thought. The movie version of Knuckles will be able to glide and climb walls, like he does in the video games. The illuminerdi also reports that they are currently casting for the actor who will play Knuckles and that “his personality was described to us as serious in nature, but still gullible at times.”
Can’t wait to see what his role will be like in the sequel. Besides he is knock knock knuckles.

I desire for Omochao and big the cat to remain absent from sonic movies. Big and Omochao are my least favorite playable characters on team sonic racing. The other 13 playable ones are enjoyable. Amy should have teamed up with cream the rabbit on team sonic racing as technique. The power character on team sonic racing’s team rose should have been Aiai, Billy Hatcher, Storm The Albatross or Chaos Zero instead.
Honestly I don’t like any of the new sonic characters lol I like the originals and maybe shadow, sometimes. Once you get past the sega genesis sonic characters you start to lose me.
I think it would be cool if Sonic Team made a tie in game to go along with these movies. I would buy that on day 1.

I mean, an echidna tribe *does* appear within the first 3 minutes of the movie, so I’m expecting to see them + Knuckles in a sequel.
