A Pokemon GO Hoppip “Community Day” event is happening on February 12th

Every month, Niantic holds a special day in Pokemon GO that features a specific Pokemon. This event, called Community Day, typically lasts for only a few hours. However, it usually results in some interesting adjustments for players, such as the specific Pokemon appearing more frequently in the wild. This is no exception. On February 12th, from 11am to 5pm local time, you’ll be able to take part in the month’s “Community Day” event. In this month’s event, it will feature Hoppip.

You’ll be able to find Hoppip more often in the wild, and for $1, you can “access the Hoppip Community Day–exclusive Special Research story, A Hop, Skip, and Jump Away”. You’ll also be able to “evolve Skiploom (Hoppip’s Evolution) during the event or up to two hours afterward to get a Jumpluff that knows the Charged Attack Acrobatics.”, and much more.

  1. Allister, Avery, Hop and Hau are the worst Pokémon characters so they should burn in an oven, but I won’t eat them.
