UK charts: Gran Turismo 7 remains No.1 & Pokemon Legends slips to No.5

The latest UK boxed video game software sales have come though and there’s no change at the top as Gran Turismo 7 remains at No.1. The big new entry this week, WWE 2K22, arrived at No.2, which is a good result for 2K Games. The popular Pokemon Legends: Arceus has sadly slipped this week from No.3 down to No.5, but continues to perform well. Here’s the GfK UK Boxed Top Ten for the week ending 12th March:

  1. Wwe2k22 has renewed my faith in WWE games, last WWE game i played was 2k14 since Thq/Yukes went bankrupt. Wwe2k22 I’ve only encountered one bug where the game crashed during the showcase and during universe i got stuck on a load screen for the Survivor Series Ppv.
Already seen the scheduled dlc their adding RVD, Yokozuna, MR.T, Machine Gun Kelly and more.

For now community creations is cross platform, meaning creations can be shared aross different platforms. The CAW creation is a huge improvement, always hated the PS3 era from Smackdown vs Raw 2009 – WWE’13 they always had tye same logos and clothing in every game.

Speaking of always the same, they always had the same bugs and glitches every year like wrestling in the crowd, invisible CAW’s, spam movesets etc

For now the biggest hurdle Wwe2k22 has is crashes, it needs a patch for stability, the servers are kinda laggy and their have been reports from players that claim the game hard-locks on the main menu when it says “press anything” they get stuck on the main menu and can’t pass it.
