The Nintendo Switch firmware has been updated to 14.1.1

The Nintendo Switch has been receiving quite a few firmware updates in the past 6 months, with the vast majority of them being rather small. In just the past month alone, there have been a couple of firmware updates, with one of them happening just a couple of weeks ago.

Well, Nintendo has released a new Nintendo Switch firmware update earlier tonight. Once you download the update, the console should be at version 14.1.1. This is yet another small update. In fact, the only thing the patch notes mention is that there were “general system stability improvements to enhance the user’s experience”.

    1. Well that’d make for a better news article than what Nintendo games a film director liked to play when they were young.

Oh man, GB(A) games would be awesome to have on Switch. I just wonder if they’d be base NSO or part of the expansion pass…. or god forbid a “SUPER expansion pak” or something.

      1. Someone mention the expansion more likely as to justify the $50 pricetag it makes more sense hopefully porting won’t be super slow and we get a healthy lineup for starter games

  1. The updates are annoying tbh. Everytime I open up my switch it says update ready to install and of course I keep pressing play game instead lol

just let me play ma dang poke arceus and leave me alone lol
