UK charts: Mario Strikers: Battle League Football slips to No.3 this week

The latest UK boxed video game software charts are now in and there’s a re-entry at No.1 for the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 game, Horizon: Forbidden West. This week sees three Nintendo first party Switch games in the top five which are Mario Strikers: Battle League Football, Nintendo Switch Sports and Mario Kart 8 Deluxe respectively. Talking of Mario Strikers: Battle League Football, sales of the newly released Switch game dropped 58% compared to last week. Here’s the latest GfK UK Boxed Top Ten for the week ending 18th June:

  1. Lol, The Quarry is within the top 10. Maybe if they actually patch it and fix the Hard Pass trophy it might be top 10 material. Just ask everyone stuck with all the trophies except that 1 who can’t get the platinum, so they found a work around with physical copies playing post patch that “might” or might not pop the trophy.
    Im just surprised 2k actually acknowledged that they trophy is bugged on their twitter, personally I’d probably continue playing The Quarry if it didn’t crash everytime i use Death Rewind. I’d give The Quarry a negative 7 outta 10.
