Capcom announces permanent price drop for Monster Hunter Stories 2: Wings of Ruin

Nintendo may not drop the prices of their games often, regardless of whether it is permanent or not, but third-parties have absolutely no problem with doing it if the time is right. In fact, the latest example of this was officially announced a little more than 24 hours ago.

You see, Capcom has announced that they are permanently dropping the price of Monster Hunter Stories 2: Wings of Ruin. You will now be able to buy the game for $39.99 on the Nintendo Switch and PC. You can see their announcement tweet about the matter down below.

    1. This is a tougher one since it hasn’t left mobile platforms, but like you said, Rise was ported, so maybe this could too. I personally stopped playing the 3ds version maybe 10 hours in, I hated how repetitive it got.

  1. I was trying to play it on Switch, but when I reached the forest village, the frame rate tanked so hard it “ruined” the whole experience for me. Bought it on Steam, and waiting for a chance to get a Steam Deck here (it’s not for sale in Norway).
