In an unusual set of events both the CEO and the president of frequent Pokemon collaborator Creatures Inc. have announced that they have stepped down from the Japanese studio. The company has announced that their new CEO is Yuji Kitano and Tomotaka Komaru will serve as executive vice president for Creatures Inc. The previous CEO of Creatures Inc. was Tsunekazu Ishihara, who you would have seen in a number of recent Pokemon Presents presentations as he is also the CEO of The Pokemon Company. That role seems to be unaffected. It is not clear why either Tsunekazu Ishihara and Hirokazu Tanaka stepped down.

One of them is still the CEO of the Pokemon Company. It’s just some rearranging and promotions.
Besides that i read they both just turned 65, maybe that has something to do with it.
