The highly-anticipated The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom is now available and we awarded Link’s majestic adventure 10/10 and the game has an average review score of 96 on Metacritic. Xenoblade Chronicles developer Monolith Soft has confirmed that they were involved in the open world adventure helping out with the game’s design, programming, and partial graphic contract development. Monolith Soft recently released the extremely well-received expansion for Xenoblade Chronicles 3, which is titled Xenoblade Chronicles 3: Future Redeemed.
“The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, for which Monolith Soft was involved in game design, programming, and partial graphic contract development, was released by Nintendo Co.”

They worked on the last game so it’s not surprising that they helped with this game. Always good seeing Monolith Soft helping out.
Well, I’m glad they help out with there hard work with this game. Planning to trade in breath of the wild for this game at GameStop.
DON’T DO THAT!
If you really want to get rid of BOTW to get TOTK, please sell it on e-bay or facebook, craiglist, or even Mercari. You will get way more out of selling it to an individual than to Gamestop.
I guarantee you can get $35 or $40 dollars selling it on e-bay, or anywhere else
I just got the game at target but it seems like I’m not gonna trade it in after all.
I just sell it at GameStop just now and got 14$ for it.
Minor correction – the expansion dlc is called “Xenoblade Chronicles 3: Future Redeemed” (Future Connected was the post-game story for Xenoblade 1 Definitive Edition).
Whoops, my bad! Thanks, I have now corrected that 😊
I’m getting totk delivered today and Il be firing it up this eve when I get back from work.
Shan’t be online too much as I know videos are gona go mad with this game. I’ve learnt too much already.
I’m a little bit excited 😊
I just can’t wait to build something

Yup, just updated the post 😊
Another spoiler in a headline. Now I won’t be surprised when I see Monolith Soft in the credits. Thanks a lot.
😂
Wow, monolith soft just really out here doing the most for Nintendo
Helped out? With what? Make it worse? The FPS drops to 10 when you do anything from attacking enemies or climbing the trees. It’s a game made by Nintendo for their own console and they could not even optimize it properly? 6 years in development my foot. Reused assets because it’s a direct sequel is okay by me, but 6 years? With the problems it has, I don’t think they spent any longer than 2 years to make it and then waited for a lull in game releases to release this one. Looks like we’re looking at another Pokemon Scarlet/Violet scenario my friends. I should have waited a few years after release before buying this game. Playing it right now and I am disappointed in the constant performance drops. Even BOTW for the Wii U runs smoother than TOTK. The tutorial level is harder than hell to navigate or to backtrack because of unresponsive abilities and the map sucks. Stamina meter runs out faster than the BOTW one and running speed is pitiful. BOTW you could outrun a swinging enemy and dodge without a problem, TOTK run any direction and the enemy catches up and you’re dead. I’ll go back to BOTW.
