This year’s Summer Game Fest was a decent improvement on previous years with a number of larger announcements. Now, the show’s organiser, Geoff Keighley, has confirmed that the show will return next June and will once again include a live showcase event. Geoff also confirmed that this year’s event was a record setter, and if he and the production team continue to expand on what worked, then next year’s event should trounce this year’s. Once the event is finished, Geoff will undoubtedly share some hard stats for Summer Game Fest 2023.

“A record setting” lol alright I guess, pretty sure Geoff is just filling his head with exaggerated facts summer game fest was never getting big views anyway in previous years and since e3 is dead most people probably end up watching this as a way to find new video game announcements I honestly wholeheartedly believe Nintendo, Microsoft and Sony could pull off their own events e3 style and still do good sales wise without having to worried about a 3rd party fr.
