A Brazilian Nintendo site, which has apparently been reliable for leaks in the past, is stating that a Nintendo Direct presentation is coming next week and they are not the only ones as NateTheHate has also said the same thing. The site, Nintendo Universe, says that they have spoken to both anonymous and reliable sources that the Nintendo Direct will take place next week. The site says that it will not be a third party Partner Direct, as there will be first party video games showcased. Nintendo has naturally declined to comment on the rumour.

No, indie direct maybe, but nothing until July from Nintendo, that will only be a Pikmin 4 direct. A Pokemon presents in August, and a proper direct in September.

I mean it may be possible. There was the recent hint about Mario Kart 8 Deluxe plus they still haven’t shown much with Splatoon 3’s side order that’s due out next month.
And outside of Pikmin 4, there isn’t much we know about Nintendo’s line up for fall of 2023. I’d say this may be possible.

Highly doubt it. The switch is still selling, I wouldn’t expect a new system until 2025. This will leave them with 2+ years before anything from Sony or Microsoft. I do not expect either of them to release a new system in 27 but maybe 30 either, technology is not really that much more advanced and the cost of a new console will be something to consider. People will not be paying $700 for a console at MSRP.
