Konami has tweeted out some promotional shots for the Metal Gear Solid Master Collection Volume 1, which includes the original voice actor for Snake, David Hayter, along with an accompanying video. In the video, Konami and Hayter say, “this is only the beginning.” So, take that as you will. The Metal Gear Solid Master Collection Volume 1 is available now for the Nintendo Switch and other platforms. The classic video games can be purchased separately or as part of the whole collection on the eShop.

so just to confirm, the games are not on the physical cartridge they are to be downloaded, correct?
For the switch version, only MGS 1, Metal Gear 1 and 2 (MSX) are in the cartridge.
