Ubisoft has revealed the target frame rate and resolution options for the upcoming Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown for the Nintendo Switch. Users playing in handheld mode should expect 60fps and 720p and those playing in docked mode should expect 1080p and 60fps. These are obviously targets, which hopefully the developers should be able to hit with the 2D action game. Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown launches on 15th January.

I really hate that frame rate and resolution specs and arguments are where gaming as a hobby has collectively decided to land.
Those are good numbers across the board. The game doesn’t look graphics intensive though, but frame rate is, imo, the most important aspects beside the overall presentation.
