The Pokemon Company has announced that Pokemon Scarlet & Violet will be receiving a new update this week. The update brings the popular game to Version 3.0.1. It’s not clear what Version 3.0.1 brings to the game, but you can bet that it will contain various bug fixes for the downloadable content Hidden Treasures of Area Zero. We will let you know once the update is available and the patch notes have been published.

It’s like watching someone fixing a ship with a small hammer while it’s sinking
that ship is in shallow waters, they’ve been trying to improve the game with all these updates and yeah i would agree they should have delayed the game but you cant fault them to trying to right some wrongs. i will say they aren’t quite on the level of CDPR where they’ve improve a game so well its like its not even the same game and to think they messed up once while those chanting for their failures not realizing their favorite studios have consistently messed up their precious CoDs and Battlefields.
TL;DR: horses have been great companions throughout history but were replaced as man’s best friend to a dog.
I don’t blame the devs, I blame game freak, I know exactly they follow a very tight schedule when it comes to introducing new pokèmons and it shows that it’s not working, they do not have time to polish any game, legends arceus could have been one of the greatest pokèmon games ever made if they had more time but ended up being a missed opportunity like any pokèmon game on the switch (except let’s go, pretty cute game), great ideas, poor executions. The “step in the right direction” is just pokèmon fans gaslighting themselves thinking that game freak will do better next time
But will it finally address the issues at launch like the horrendous slowdown, choppy framerates, and camera shenanigans?
Even with these updates, it still doesn’t fix the whole game issues regrading the frame rates and bug fixes that happens in the game time and time.
