Princess Peach: Showtime! is Goemon designer’s first directorial role in years

The soon to be released Princess Peach: Showtime! is Goemon designer Etsunobu Ebisu’s first directorial role in over 25 years. The news was discovered in the ending credits for Princes Peach: Showtime! which have now been uploaded to Youtube. Ebisu is the currently the founder and CEO of Tokyo-based Good-Feel which is the team which brought the captivating game to life for Nintendo. Mystical Ninja Starring Goemon on the Nintendo 64 was the last title Ebisu directed before taking on a long-time producer role.   1. This is pretty awesome. Mystical Ninja Starring Goemon on the N64 is the best game, and to hear the Goemon designer is working on Super Peach is pretty hype news. I might have to pick this game up now.
