New Turok game coming from Saber Interactive according to EpicDB leak

Art for Turok Nintendo 64 game

It seems as though the mighty Turok the dinosaur hunter franchise, which made its debut on the Nintendo 64, is coming back as a new Turok game has appeared in the EpicDB leak. It is being developed by the team at Saber Interactive. The new Turok game is either a brand new entry, or a remake of the first game. It is not entirely clear. Either way, it is good to see that the franchise hasn’t been abandoned, as the last time we got a new Turok game was 16 years ago.

  1. I can remember becoming quite engrossed with Turok evolution on the GameCube, it wasn’t the most highly rated game at the time, but I really enjoyed it.
I particularly liked sniping some of the enemies and having a blast with all the guns.
Hopefully something good can be made for the series as it’s struggled to be anything great with the latest entries

  2. I remember the first two games and rage wars on the N64, I loved those games. I didn’t know about turok 3 until last a year or two ago.

  3. Turok is special. It has so much potential too. A mix of primitive and futuristic. A Lost Land of Dinosaurs, Demons and Monsters. Beautiful jungle environments teeming with wildlife. A warrior sworn to defend the balance of the land… How can that not make an awesome game now that modern tech has finally caught up with 90’s imagination?
