It is not just Nintendo that file trademarks. Other video gaming companies such as Bandai Namco, SEGA and Take-Two will also, from time to time, file some trademarks of their own for similar reasons. They aren’t limited to just Japan either. Video gaming companies do file trademarks in other regions as well. The latest example of this has been discovered earlier today.
You see, it has been discovered that Take-Two Interactive has filed a new trademark in Europe and the United States a few days ago. The trade mark is for the phrase “ball over everything”, leading fans to speculate that it could be a new FIFA 2K game, NBA 2K game, or even a LEGO Soccer game that leaked recently.
