Gamescom 2024 has been and gone and this year’s event appears to have been another success for journalist and regular presenter, Geoff Keighley. Keighley posted on social media platform X that the Opening Night Live show had double the amount of video views from 2023 with over 40 million views. Gamescom 2024 had 335,000 visitors this year from 120 countries, which is up from 320,000 visitors in 2023. Keighley announced earlier this week that this year’s The Game Awards will be held on 12th December.
