More bad news for Pokemon developer Game Freak, who recently had their servers breached, as it appears that the company’s GitLab, which is where Game Freak’s game code is stored, was compromised. A screenshot of Game Freak’s GitLab has been published online by Centro Leaks X account via the hacker. News has also emerged today that an incomplete version of Pokemon Legends Arceus source code has been posted online.

Gitlab admin is pro-Nintendo (see Suyu takedown) so I doubt the hacker will stay in control for long.
The hacker won’t stay in control for long. Its time for Game Freak and Nintendo come up with a new method to prevent this from happening again in the future and this time, mean it.
