The Pokemon Company has announced that fans who manage to complete both the Sinnoh and Hisui Pokedex’s in Pokemon Home are eligible to receive Shiny Manaphy and Shiny Enamorus as a free distribution. Pokemon Home is a free download on both iOS and Android devices.
