Square Enix has reconfirmed that the upcoming Dragon Quest 1-II Remake is still scheduled for 2025. The news was confirmed in the Nintendo Direct for the original Nintendo Switch console and will be playable on the next console thanks in part to backward compatibility. Hopefully we get a firm release date in due course.
