Rumours have been swirling of late that Rockstar Games is finally releasing a current generation patch for the acclaimed Red Dead Redemption 2. That’s not all as leakers have revealed that a Nintendo Switch 2 version of Red Dead Redemption 2 is also planned. Now today John Marston voice actor, Rob Wiethoff, stated during a Red Dead Redemption stream that exciting news is being shared next week. Could it be the long awaited patch and Nintendo Switch 2 versions? We will have to wait to find out.

I think that slowly every big third party game that Switch 1 couldn’t run will come on the Switch 2, and so will the vast majority of the ones that will be released in the next 4 years…. except for GTA VI, that one will never come on Switch 2…
Knowing that it will be available on Series S… if it is not on Switch 2, it is simply a lack of will from Rockstar
