UK-based video game reporter Christopher Dring has revealed that this week’s No.1 game in the largest gaming market in Europe is Donkey Kong Bananza. The Nintendo Switch 2 game’s launch was three times bigger than that of Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze on the Nintendo Switch. However, Donkey Kong’s latest 3D adventure sales were half that of the excellent Super Mario Odyssey, though that clearly launched on a console with a larger instal base than the Nintendo Switch 2. Hopefully sales of the game will continue to flourish.

Yeah, switch had been around for around 7 months before odyssey release so more time for people to get the console, but bananza has come out within less than 2 months and with the high game costs this is def putting a lot of people off day 1 purchases.
I hope there’s a direct this week else gona be looking like September. Need that mp4 release date and much needed info on upcoming switch 2 games.

High game costs? You mean the same costs since 2020? People need to stop making this excuse as $70 and $80 games have ALWAYS existed even way back during the NES days. Secondly, Switch 2 is the fastest selling console ever, and I get this article is region specific, but I know your region puts sports games ahead of everything else.

if you really believe that that I think you need to get your eyes checked … but I’m guessing you’re just like the bash Nintendo … seems to be people on here who would like to do that I don’t understand that I don’t go on PlayStation or Xbox sites the trash consoles … and there’s plenty of trash about them, including the lack of really fun great games, especially for party games

You must not have owned or played a PS2, this game is absolutely gorgeous. When you don’t have a clue what you’re talking about, you shouldn’t open your mouth. I promise you’ll look more intelligent when silent.
