The latest Famitsu readers most wanted video game charts are here and there’s a new No.1 this week as Kirby Air Riders is finally now available. The new No.1 is the long-awaited sci-fi game Pragmata from Capcom. Pragmata narrowly beat Resident Evil Requiem to the top spot as Pragmata received 482 votes and Resident Evil Requiem had 403 votes. Here’s the top ten most wanted video games in Japan.
- Pragmata – 482
- Resident Evil Requiem – 403
- Dragon Quest VII Reimagined (SW) – 297
- Dragon Quest VII Reimagined (SW2) – 276
- Persona 4 Revival – 270
- Dragon Quest VII Reimagined (PS5) – 228
- Onimusha Way of the Sword – 170
- Yakuza Kiwami 3 & Dark Ties – 164
- Pokémon Pokopia – 143
- Professor Layton – 135

No Metroids…
Cuz Japan doesn’t like western inspired titles like Metroid. Metroid is fortunately and unfortunately a game for the western audience.
On subject: I’m surprised Pokopia made it to top 10 and sure it looks fun but still surprised.
I kinda love that Dragon Quest VII Reimagined takes up 2 spots here lol
Actually 3 spots 😉
Low votes
Wow, Pragmata taking the top spot is impressive! I wasn’t expecting it to beat Resident Evil Requiem. Dragon Quest VII Reimagined still seems to have a strong following across multiple platforms, which is great to see. Can’t wait to see how these games perform once they’re released!
Famitsu readers’ most-wanted games list shows strong hype around upcoming titles. This excitement feels similar to enhanced Minecraft gameplay, where new features keep players interested. https://minecroftmod.com/
It’s always interesting to see how the Famitsu readers’ most wanted charts shift week to week, and Pragmata taking the No.1 spot is a big moment. The game has had such a long and mysterious development cycle that it makes sense curiosity is finally translating into strong fan support. Narrowly beating Resident Evil Requiem by that margin shows just how competitive Capcom titles are with Japanese players right now. FL Studio Mobile APK
