Update: Edited article to reflect the news that it’s actually coming on 18th March and current owners will get to upgrade for free on that date,
It has been confirmed today that the well-received Tomb Raider I-III Remastered is soon to be available for the Nintendo Switch 2. The news came alongside the announcement that the game will be receiving a new Challenge Mode. If you have Tomb Raider I-III Remastered on Nintendo Switch then it will be a free upgrade. Tomb Raider I-III Remastered will be available for $30, but is currently 50% off on the Nintendo eShop.

PLEASE DO NOT DOWNLOAD THE NEW UPDATE!
The new updates introduces new bugs, and on PC, it breaks mods.
Well, real gamers don’t use mods so that’s a good thing. The only people who use mods are casuals who are broke, and bought a game they ultimately didn’t like and have to mod to make it fun. Real gamers just go to another game. Glad to see a dev disabling mods.
I don’t think they are disabling mods, I think it’s just a bug.
Don’t see an upgrade path for switch 1 owners… Is it releasing later?
Hands up, I made a mistake. The Nintendo Switch 2 version actually launches 18th March and the upgrade path should be there when it arrives. Sorry for the confusion. I have updated the post.
Thanks Sickr!
Yeah, can confirm. The update is full of bugs. Anf Pierre’s jacket is still censored.
Probably because Switch 1 doesn’t exist, so they can’t make a patch for it.
