Dusk Golem says nothing was cut from Resident Evil Code Veronica Remake, but lots is remixed & changed

Resident Evil insider Dusk Golem has been on a bit of Resident Evil Code Veronica Remake divulging spree. We now know that the project is directed by Kazunori Kadoi & Yasuhiro Anpo, who directed the well-received Resident Evil 2 Remake and Resident Evil 4 Remake. Now Dusk Golem has told fans that no content was cut from the original version of Resident Evil Code Veronica. Instead a lot of the content has been remixed or changed to fit the scope of the remake. Capcom has yet to officially announce the Resident Evil Code Veronica Remake.

“What I’ve heard is Resident Evil Code Veronica in general is just a bit expanded, nothing is cut, some stuff heavily remixed (I hear it’s the Remake with the most things changed or happening differently than you may remember, but every enemy, location, major event, is there. & much even expanded). Chris falls into this too, Capcom realizes this is Chris’ first time appearing in the RE engine Remakes as his younger self, some people wanna’ see that, so Chris isn’t a small part of the game & expanded, it’s just also so is Claire.”

  1. I wish they’d remake three again, its horrible how much of a careless cash grab it was. They cut out entire locations, characters, story, bosses, and hours of gameplay from the PS1 game. Like its really horrible when you know about what was took out.
